THE LEDE: Good morning. A new festival focused on Brooklyn film, art and culture will launch this November at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. “Playback: The Brooklyn Watch Party” will be hosted by filmmaker Spike Lee and Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty and Barclays Center owner Clara Wu Tsai in collaboration with BAM.
