The Lede: Good morning. Filming for the Hulu series “Count My Lies” has been ongoing in Brooklyn Heights, with local streets taken over by the full panoply of film trucks, camera and sound equipment. Stars include Lindsay Lohan (“Mean Girls;” “Freakier Friday”), Kit Harington (“Game of Thrones”) and Shailene Woodley (“To Catch a Killer”), according to multiple sources.

  • Bay Ridge golfer Ava Chen, 11, wins Augusta National tournament: Bay Ridge golfer Ava Chen, 11, is the champion of the 2026 Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals for Girls aged 10-11. She took home the trophy during the 2026 Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia, on Sunday.

  • Hulu series starring Lindsay Lohan, Shailene Woodley films in Brooklyn Heights: On Monday, Plymouth Church was converted into “Mockingbird School,” and a residential building on Orange Street was transformed into a hospital with the addition of a couple of signs and extras wearing white coats, stethoscopes and scrubs.

  • Messages of hope and dreams from the homeless appear in Downtown Brooklyn: Called “Public Address,” the exhibition, conceived by artist Alex Strada, is part of a citywide public art series that features handwritten reflections by people impacted by homelessness.
