Naked man who jumped off Brooklyn Bridge survives, is charged: A man who jumped off the Brooklyn Bridge’s north tower on Sunday afternoon has been charged with reckless endangerment and other offenses, after being fished from the water by the New York Police Department’s Harbor Unit.
