The Lede: Good morning. The historic Carroll Street Bridge over the Gowanus Canal will open on Monday after a five-year rehabilitation effort. Moving forward, the 137-year-old one-lane bridge, a New York City landmark, will be limited to pedestrians, cyclists and emergency vehicles.
