The Lede: Good morning. He was one of the most beloved people in Brooklyn Heights. Ronald Williams passed away on Dec. 20 at the age of 72, while he was at the hospital awaiting heart valve surgery. In 2010, Williams was named Brooklyn’s Best Doorman by the city’s building service workers union, in his 27th year at the Cadman Towers co-op at 101 Clark St.

  • Kianna Underwood, former Nickelodeon star, killed in Brooklyn hit-and-run: According to the New York Police Department, Kianna Underwood was crossing an intersection in Brownsville when a black Ford Explorer SUV hit her in the morning.

  • More than a month after listing, Brooklyn’s highest apartment still hasn’t sold: A 92nd-floor penthouse atop the Brooklyn Tower, the borough’s tallest building, still hasn’t sold after more than a month on the market, according to Zillow.
