The Lede: Good morning. The City Club of New York trustee Tom Fox introduced on Tuesday a new “all-maritime” proposal to redevelop the 122-acre Brooklyn Marine Terminal situated on an industrial waterfront site stretching from Atlantic Avenue to Red Hook on the East River.
